The New York State Workers' Compensation Board said Monday that the IME registration of Viewpoint Exams, LLC has been rescinded. Viewpoint Exams, LLC, with registration number 010096, had its registration to derive income from independent medical exams permanently rescinded, with a back-dated effective date of November 4, 2004.The Board announced that this rescission is made pursuant to Section 13-n of the Workers' Compensation Law and 12 NYCRR 300.2 (e).
