Truck Drivers Can Carry Paper Certification another Year

Commercial truck drivers nationally will have another year − until Jan. 30, 2015 − requiring them to carry a paper certificate verifying they're healthy enough to drive, since a program requiring states to put their active driver records in a national database is behind schedule.
