Insurance carriers saw workers’ compensation underwriting losses in 10 states last year, with the greatest loss noted in Delaware, according to a new report from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
Delaware, with a 15.1% underwriting loss, was followed by South Carolina, with a 7.6% loss; Wisconsin, with a 4.1% loss; and Louisiana, with a 3.4% loss.
