The California Assembly Appropriations Committee on Aug. 3 will review projected costs for bills that would prohibit offering incentives to providers to deny treatment requests and require verification of interpreters at depositions, as well as another measure aiming to overhaul data collection and medical treatment in the state’s work comp system.
