The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division decreased the personal mileage reimbursement rate to 56 cents per mile from 56.5 cents for all travel on or after Jan. 1, 2014.Insurers must reimburse injured workers for travel at the rate that was in effect at the time the injured worker incurred the cost.The previous rate of 56.5 cents per mile applies to all travel in 2013. The division in Bulletin 112, published on Dec. 23, said the daily meal rate of $46 and the standard lodging reimbursement of $83 are unchanged.
