C&R Committee Reviewing Experience Rating Eligibility June 10

The Classification and Rating Committee of the California Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau will review potential changes to the 2016 experience rating eligibility threshold when it meets June 10 in Oakland.  WCIRB staff evaluated two alternatives for developing the threshold to determine whether an employer qualifies for an experience modification factor, or X-mod, which increases or decreases premiums charged to a business based on its loss history.
