The Oklahoma Supreme Court has accepted the resignation of an Edmond-based attorney with pending disciplinary proceedings related to alleged misconduct in his representation of three injured workers.
David Hadley Bower allegedly failed to perform with competence and maintain communications with clients in three workers’ compensation matters, and one client in a Social Security disability case.
