WCRI Publishes Compendium of State, Federal Cost Containment Strategies

The Workers Compensation Research Institute published a guide describing the medical cost containment strategies used in all 50 states and three federal workers’ compensation programs. The publication, “Workers’ Compensation Medical Cost Containment: A National Inventory, 2024,” includes tables of laws, regulations and processes used in different jurisdictions based on surveys completed by administrators throughout the country.
