A former pipe fitter for John Deere will receive $204,315 in back wages and front pay, and $70,685 in damages under the terms of a whistleblower lawsuit settlement, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced on Thursday.
The lawsuit was filed in July 2015 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
