Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin announced on Monday she has appointed Edmond attorney Tim Henderson, whose law firm's legal practice includes workers' compensation, as a judge for the 7th Judicial District Office of Oklahoma County.Henderson replaces Judge Daniel Owens, who resigned.
