A lawn mower accident that led to the amputation of two of a workers' toes prompted an inspection by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration and $42,000 in fines against a Pennsylvania landscaping company.
OSHA on Jan. 29 cited SNS Lawn & Landscape Services in Lancaster, which does business as The Ground Guys, for two willful, five serious and one other-than-serious safety and health violations.
