ICA Holding Public Hearing on Physician Dispensing Rules

The Industrial Commission of Arizona is holding a public hearing Aug. 23 to consider whether to adopt reimbursement guidelines for physician-dispensed drugs. Gov. Doug Ducey in March signed SB 1111 directing the commission to consult with system users about the appropriate reimbursement rates for drugs doctors dispense from their office. The ICA said it will hold the hearing at 1 p.m. to discuss physician dispensing rules. The hearing will be in the first-floor auditorium at 800 W. Washington St. in Phoenix.
