WCS Removes Chiropractor From Approved Provider List

The Nevada Workers’ Compensation Section removed from its list of providers approved to treat injured workers a chiropractor who was disciplined last year for having sex with a woman who was his patient. The WCS on Wednesday removed Timothy Francis from its Treating Panel of Physicians and Chiropractors. The panel is a list of medical providers the agency has approved to treat injured workers in cases where the carrier has not contracted with a managed care organization.
