Delphi Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: DFG) yesterday announced that it has priced its previously announced offering of 30-year Senior Notes. The aggregate principal amount of the offering was increased from $100 million to $125 million. Delphi expects to use the proceeds of the offering to repay existing corporate debt. The offering is expected to close on May 20, 2003, and the Company has applied to the New York Stock Exchange to list the notes under the symbol "DFY."
