OSIA Holds Summer Meeting July 14

The Oregon Self-Insurers Association (OSIA) will hold its summer meeting July 14 at the Kaiser Permanente Town Hall in Portland. In addition to OSIA's annual business meeting, the program includes discussions on defending disability claims under new rules, an update on how the 2006 election could affect workers' compensation legislation, benchmarking claims programs, changes in the treatment of workers' compensation as the "exclusive remedy" for employees and other topics to be announced.
