Michael R. Drobot refused to answer substantive questions during a deposition in December and wouldn't acknowledge seeing or signing settlement agreements with State Compensation Insurance Fund, the carrier says in court papers.
State Fund filed the documents in opposition to a motion from Drobot's attorneys to amend a counterclaim so he can seek damages from State Fund for violating the terms of those settlements.
