SB 863 Opponent Recommended to Head Senate Labor Committee

The leader of the California Senate recommended Sen. Ben Hueso – one of the nine lawmakers who voted against Senate Bill 863 in 2012 – to serve as chairman of the Senate Labor and Industrial Relations Committee.Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, D-Sacramento, on Monday recommended that Hueso take over leadership of the labor committee from Sen.
