MLAC Reviewing 2019 Legislative Proposals

Oregon’s joint labor-management workers’ compensation advisory panel said it is ready to start reviewing legislative proposals for the 2019 session. The Management-Labor-Advisory Committee said organizations or associations that plan to introduce work comp legislation next year can present the proposal as soon as the next scheduled meeting on Oct. 1.
