The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited contractor Great White Construction Inc. for six safety violations at two job sites in Jacksonville, Florida, OSHA announced in a release.
Last September and October, according to the agency, workers for Great White were seen working on roofs at the job sites without fall protection. Proposed penalties for the contractor total $184,000.
