New Claims Forms Effective on Oct. 1

The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission reported that legislative amendments effective Oct. 1 will result in implementation of new forms and emergency regulations for the filing of claims. Any claim filed on or after 12:01 a.m. Oct. 1 must be filed on the new employee claim form including the authorization for release of health information on page two.
