The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation said a man actively working at his window cleaning company while receiving benefits was ordered to pay more than $30,000 in restitution after pleading guilty to one count of fraud.
Donald Roth, 45, pleaded guilty in November, the BWC said. He was ordered to pay $30,793 in restitution — in addition to $4,005 he’s already paid — and placed on probation for five years, the BWC said Monday.
