Minutemen in suburban Virginia turned their video cameras on a day labor site with the intent of helping authorities to crack down on contractors who violate state labor laws.
Two dozen members and supporters of the Minuteman -- the same group that patrols the U.S.-Mexico border to curb illegal immigration -- did surveillance in Herndon, Va., at a convenience store that is known as a gathering place for day laborers, according to a report carried on the Web site http://www.forthecause.us.
