Edward Shoop Named to WV WCC as Chief Actuary

Edward C. Shoop, an experienced workers' compensation insurance executive and Fellow in the Casualty Actuarial Society, will join the new West Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission management team on Jan. 5, 2004 as the commission's Chief Actuary.
