The Idaho Industrial Commission is proposing a series of modifications to six rules, most addressing the state’s Electronic Data Interchange system, and has asked for input from the public.
The proposed amendments were posted on the commission's website and include changes to employers’ reports, procedures to obtain compensation and other administrative rules.
