Owner of Janitorial Firm Convicted of Fraud

The owner of a Northern California janitorial firm was sentenced to jail and ordered to pay $8.3 million in restitution following a workers’ compensation fraud conviction. The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office announced that Gina Gregori was taken into custody Thursday to begin serving her sentence.
