The Washington state Department of Labor & Industries is accepting public comments on draft guidelines for diagnosing and treating carpal tunnel syndrome that was expanded to address computer use.
The revised guidelines say the likelihood that carpal tunnel from computer use at work is low, although the evidence on this is to some degree equivocal.
