A construction contractor in Jacksonville has been cited by federal safety regulators for allegedly failing to ensure that workers used a fall protection system while working at heights.
LN Framing Inc. faces $58,343 in penalties in connection with the citations, issued Aug. 13 by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The company, a residential and commercial framing contractor, has 15 business days to contest the citations.
