Eighty-one percent of insurance carriers expect to see revenue growth in the next 12 months, according to a recent industry survey, and yet a growing percentage expects to decrease the size of their staff during that time.
Ten percent of carriers said they plan to decrease staff in the next 12 months, the highest level since 2013, according to results of the survey by the Jacobson Group, an insurance industry staffing firm, and the Ward Group, a consulting firm that’s part of Aon Hewitt.
