DWC Posts Questions and Answers on Explanation of Bill Review

The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has posted a list of frequently-asked questions and answers covering Explanations of Bill Review.DWC said in the posting that the Explanation of Bill Review (EOBR) is the notice of payment, adjustment, disallowance or denial sent by insurers or third-party administrators to health care providers under 69L-7.602 of the Florida Administrative Code.DWC said the term "Explanation of Bill Review" is preferred by DWC but is not a requirement.
