Board Delays Refill Formulary Compliance Date

The New York Workers' Compensation Board has delayed the effective date of its formulary requirements on drug refills until June 7. The board last month said the deadline for refill compliance with the formulary had been delayed thanks to issues brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, but it gave no effective date.
