Alaska, Delaware Update Authorized Provider Lists

Labor regulators in Alaska and Delaware published updated lists of doctors who are authorized to provide services to injured workers. The Alaska Workers’ Compensation Division on Nov. 2 posted a revised list of second independent medical examiners. The Workers’ Compensation Board can order a second independent medical evaluation to resolve disputes about the extent or the nature of a workplace injury.
