The Missouri Supreme Court this week upheld the dismissal of four tort claims by four workers who had accused their colleagues of negligence resulting in personal injury to each of them.
All four workers had been injured in during the seven-year window during which Missouri’s comp law didn't extend an employer's immunity to co-employees, allowing them to seek tort remedy from their colleagues.
