DWC Adopts New Fee Schedule

The Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation has adopted changes to its medical fee schedule that include new conversion factors for calculating reimbursement rates under the state’s Resource-Based Relative Value Scale. For example, the conversion factor for radiology has dropped to $71.99 in the new fee schedule compared to the previous amount of $93. The factor for pathology has decreased to $68.31 from $77.62.
