A woman who was fired for reporting a serious mold hazard at her Biglerville workplace will receive $105,000 to settle her discrimination lawsuit and worker's compensation claim, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced.
In April 2014, the woman told her bosses at the pallet distribution center IFCO Services that she saw mold growing behind a cabinet. The company took no action, so she contacted OSHA.
