Nearly 5,000 liens were activated, bringing in close to $500,000 in fees, in the first four days after the Division of Workers' Compensation relaunched its online payment portal Monday.
The DWC received $498,800 in activation fees on 4,988 liens from Monday through Thursday, according to data provided Friday by division spokesman Peter Melton.
