MECC Hires Diplomate of Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as Medical Director

Midwest Employers Casualty Co., an excess workers’ compensation insurance provider, announced Dr. Fernando S. Branco as the company’s medical director in charge of medical strategy, MECC said in a press release.
