Lawmakers Pass Benefit Bill, Send Exclusive Remedy Exception to Governor

The Colorado General Assembly is sending the governor bills that would create an exemption to exclusive remedy for youth labor law violations, modify workers’ compensation benefits and create additional avenues to prehearings at the Division of Independent Medical Examiner.
