Clean-Up Bill on MPN Medical Reviews on Gov.'s Desk

A bill that would require the use of the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule for decisions in treatment disputes that are handled through a medical provider network's independent review process is on California Gov. Jerry Brown's desk after receiving unanimous approval in both chambers of the state Legislature.
