Insurance Division Seeks to Improve Drug Pricing Protocols

The Massachusetts Insurance and Financial Services Division is seeking comments on ways to facilitate compliance or improve standards for workers’ compensation prescription drug pricing protocols. The goal, the division said, is to make a joint submission with work comp system users to the Division of Industrial Accidents with suggestions for which there is agreement.
