The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission announced this week that injured workers can now submit electronic claim forms online.
The online application allows workers the option to save their work and return later. It also allows them to sign the form with their mouse, if using a computer, or finger, if using a touch-screen device. Attorneys can access the form by logging in using their web-enacted file management system (WFMS) credentials.
The MWCC rolled out its full online version its Employee Claim Form C-1 on Wednesday.
