DWC Offers New Form for Carrier Performance Data Requests

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation is accepting public comments on a new form to be used to request data on insurance carrier and self-insured organizations' performance, the DWC said in a bulletin. The proposed form, DWC Form 029, Request for Standard Detailed Data Reports, will replace the current process, which requires that the data be requested through the open records portal.
