A wood pallet manufacturer in Columbus, Ohio, is facing proposed federal penalties of $191,794 after a worker suffered a finger amputation. Buckeye Diamond Logistics Inc., which operates as BDL Supply, was cited Sept. 10 by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
