FWCJUA Panel to Consider $7.9 Million Dividend

The Rates and Forms Committee of the Florida Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association will meet next Wednesday to discuss a staff recommendation that the residual carrier issue a $7.8 million dividend to cover policy year 2006.The FWCJUA staff said the dividend would include a 10% retention for underwriting gains.
