Facts: Mae Reed worked for the M.A. Mortenson Cos. as an assembler of solar panels. She was allegedly injured on Nov. 18, 2017, when a gust of wind blew into the air a solar panel she was holding. Reed did not experience pain at that time and continued working, but she did stop the employer's safety man, Joe Pena, as he drove around checking on employees.
