State Agency: Asbestos-Removal Company Exposed Workers to Toxic Materials, Misled Investigators

An asbestos-removal contractor faces a stiff fine for knowingly exposing its workers to hazardous materials even though it told state workplace inspectors that a heavily contaminated jobsite was safe.
