Nebraska state lawmakers have introduced measures to limit fees for medical-legal reports, protect non-resident alien dependents of fatally injured workers and prevent public disclosure of records that reveal the nature of workplace injuries. The state’s nonpartisan, unicameral Legislature convened Jan. 9 in Lincoln for a session scheduled to end on June 6.
