The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health fined Butler Amusements Inc. $101,250 for operating rides that were missing key bolts and braces needed to provide structural support.Butler Amusements Inc., headquartered in Beaverton, Ore., operated a Ferris wheel and another ride called the “Flying Bobs” at the Big Fresno Fair in October.
