DWC Schedules Training for New DIME Rules

The Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation is holding in-person and online training for new Division Independent Medical Exam rules that go into effect at the start of the year. In March, the division proposed to repeal DIME rules and completely rewrite the regulations. The rules set forth the time frames for requesting an independent medical examination, the process for selecting a reviewer, and fees for reviews.
