OSHA Cites Staffing Agencies after Worker Killed at Amazon Facility

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration said it has cited five companies, including four staffing agencies, for safety violations as a result of a worker fatality at an Amazon shipping center in Avenel last December.Ronald Smith died after he was caught in a conveyor system and crushed.
