The Montana state Senate has sent two workers’ compensation bills to the House — one that would require insurers to give workers notice when closing their claim, and another that would require workers’ comp coverage for all volunteer firefighters.
The Senate on Tuesday voted 50-0 to approve Senate Bill 78, by Sen. Mary McNally, D-Billings.
